We will continue to build our property portfolio by holding diversified direct investments in a variety of property sectors, with regular monthly income streams, solid capital growth and well thought out exit strategies.
Through our experienced team of in‐house and consultancy based property development, investment and capital transactions experts in the commercial and residential markets, we aim to align return and risk appropriately, consistently perform for our stakeholders and meet clear investment goals.
Our strong relationships with financial institutions through decades of investing, added with our experience through many different business cycles, allows us to assess appropriate debt levels that align with our shareholders’ security concerns in these uncertain times.
The advent of the the Global Economic Crisis and the general downturn in Queensland property values adversely affected Consolo’s Property Division with the result that the current business plan calls for a return to focussing on the Sydney residential markets.
